A precise, terroir-driven Chablis from the domaine of Billaud-Simon, the Tête d’Or cuvée is drawn from the domaine’s selection of the finest village-level parcels across Chablis.
It shows pure citrus and green apple fruit, chalky minerality, and a tightly wound, saline finish with notable depth and clarity.
Very golden in both colour and character. More than a touch of Chassagne about this. Longer maturation than the ‘straight’ Chablis, the best plots go into this.
