Celebrating their 200th anniversary this year (founded in 1825), Domaine Faiveley is also the proud custodian of Domaine Billaud-Simon, a benchmark producer of Chablis since 1815. This is a rare chance to meet Erwan in Portugal, explore their exceptional wines, and savor the craftsmanship behind these storied estates.

Erwan Faiveley represents the seventh generation to lead Domaine Faiveley, working alongside his father François (who steered the domaine for 40 years) and sister Eve.
Together, they uphold two centuries of family legacy in Burgundy, crafting benchmark wines from Nuits-Saint-Georges to Gevrey-Chambertin.
Since acquiring Domaine Billaud-Simon in 2014, they’ve extended their mastery to Chablis. Erwan’s approach honors tradition while embracing sustainable innovation, producing terroir-driven wines that balance power and finesse
