  Excellent food, wine and service
We decided to try this wine bar as we didn’t want a big meal. We both choose two starters with a lovely bottle of Rose after the waitress offered to let us sample two before making our choice. The food was really well presented and very tasty from the monkfish croquettes to burrata salad and finished off with dessert.   Amazing staff, food and wine.
Visited Brookes 3 times during our holiday. The staff are all wonderful - very friendly, knowledgeable and happy. The food was incredible! They catered for my gluten allergy (coeliac) really well. The tuna and steak were insanely tasty. We will definitely return!

  Wonderful addition and new option…
We were looking for maybe something a little different. A nice bottle of wine and maybe a little something to eat. The staff were engaging, allowing us to taste a couple of glasses till we found our taste, fantastic! We decided to share a starter over our new found wine, very impressed by the staff and the food we saw coming from the kitchen we went for main courses. A risotto that was so good we wanted it for lunch the next day. and a steak that was certainly the best I’ve had in a while. Welcoming & informed staff, stunning collection of wine & superb food.
