Many of you will be familiar with Hélder Cunha’s 1808 Field Blend from the Douro, a popular choice at Brooke’s over the past year. Now, we invite you to explore a broader selection of his wines, including Monte Cascas and the elegant Vinha do Quinto, at a special wine dinner.
Our new head chef, Miguel Arroyo, has designed a menu to perfectly complement these wines, including two side-by-side comparisons, where you can taste how different Portuguese regions express their unique terroirs.

We are delighted that winemaker Hélder Cunha will join us for dinner to guide our wine tasting.
Hélder’s winemaking philosophy harmonizes tradition with innovation, producing wines that eloquently express their terroir and personality. He has been on a quest to rediscover Portugal’s old vineyards while staying deeply committed to sustainable winemaking.
Beyond the vineyard, Hélder extends his passion for wine culture through his TV series “Wine Routes” and his YouTube channel, where he educates audiences on the integration of wine into a balanced lifestyle.
