When you complete a contact or other form on this site the information reuired is kept to the minimum required and will depend on the purpose of the individual form.

To fulfill the purpose of the form. For example, on a contact form to respond to your message.
Sharing:
We will not share any information submitted via a form unless we need to do so to fulfill your request. In such a case we will always ask for your permission first.
Retention:
We will only retain this data until the purpose for which you shared it has been resolved.
The only information we require when you sign up for a newsletter is your email address.

To send you the newsletter requested.
Sharing:
We share your email address with our newsletter delivery service, MailChimp. You can read the MailChimp privacy policy here.
Retention:
This information will be retained unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter. There is an unsubscribe link in every newsletter and clicking on it will remove your data immediately.
Members of our staff have access to the information you provide us. For example, authorised members of staff can access contact form submissions, reservation requests and details, or other data you submit.
We have all reasonable security measures in place to ensure that only those with apppropriate authorisation and nobody else can access your data.
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
We will only disclose personal information you provide to us if we are required to do so by law or by a court order.
